How delivery and refunds work at Aso Rock Frozen — chef-cooked Nigerian food, flash-frozen and delivered anywhere in mainland UK, and our policy on returns for frozen food.

UK-wide frozen delivery+
We cook every dish fresh in our London kitchen, flash-freeze it the same day, and deliver it frozen to your door anywhere in mainland UK.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate per box — your order is packed into insulated boxes and the total box count is calculated at checkout. Fill a box fully to get the best value.
When your order arrives+
Your food travels in insulated packaging designed to keep it frozen in transit. Unpack it as soon as it arrives and put everything straight into the freezer, then defrost and heat thoroughly before serving.
Changing or cancelling an order+
Need to change or cancel an order? Call us as soon as possible on 0207 923 7068. Because every order is cooked and frozen to order, we may not be able to change or cancel it once preparation has started.
Returns and refunds+
Frozen food is perishable, so delivered orders cannot be returned or resold — we do not offer returns.
If something isn't right — a missing item, the wrong dish, or your order arrives damaged or no longer frozen — contact us within 24 hours of delivery (photos help) and we will make it right with a replacement, credit or refund where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
How refunds are paid+
Any refund we issue goes back to your original payment method through our payment provider. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
